David Archer - Chairman
B.Ec., Dip. Laws (B.A.B.) F.Aus.IMM

David has over 30 years' of experience in the Australian and international resources industry. David founded the major Australian mining companies, Savage Resources Limited and Hillgrove Resources Limited. As the Managing Director/Deputy Chairman of these companies, he was responsible for the Metropolitan Colliery and Liddell Colliery (coal, New South Wales), the Ernest Henry Copper mine (a 49% interest in the 10mtpa copper mine), Tennessee zinc mines and refinery (United States) and the Kanmantoo Copper Mine (2.0mtpa open-cut copper mine in South Australia).

David has a broad geographical spread of exploration experience including Australia, Brazil, Indonesia and the USA.

Susan Vearncombe - Managing Director
B.Soc.Sci, MScHons, PhD, RPGeo, MAIG

Dr Vearncombe is a geologist with over 25 years' of experience in the mining/exploration industry. Susan has worked across Australasia, Africa, Indonesia and North and South America on a range of geological environments and mineralised systems. Susan was a founding member of Mercator Gold plc and she has been directly responsible for several economic metal discoveries. She has developed key spatial analysis technology and is well published in international journals in the areas of VMS and gold mineralisation, geochemistry and structural geology. Dr Vearncombe is a non-executive Director of Straits Resources Limited.

Michael Elias - Director
BScHons, FAusIMM, CPGeo

Mr Elias has more than 30 years experience in the mining industry. He has previously spent over 20 years with WMC Resources and held director roles with Mercator Gold plc, and Braemore Resources plc. He is a non-executive director of Australian Mines Ltd and Principal Consultant with CSA Global.

James Harris - Director

Mr Harris has had extensive experience in both Government and private enterprise in Australia and overseas. He has worked for ten years with both Alcoa of Australia and the United Group Limited. His qualification are in Legal Studies and Public Administration and he is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently a Director of Swanline Development Pty Ltd and its associated companies and non-executive Chairman of Mt Barker Wind Farms.

Gavin Wendt - Director
B.Bus

Gavin has 20 years experience specialising in research into, and evaluation of Australian and international mining and energy companies. Gavin has consistently been voted one of Australia's top mining analysts and is experienced in delivering corporate and strategic advice and capital raisings.
